We use simple Latin Ballroom style steps as the basis for an energetic workout, that really attacks all of your wobbly bits.
With great emphasis on the tummy, hip, bottom and thigh area, this workout will help you move in a way you may not have done in a long time. We follow this with our special Super FLAT STOMACH Workout, that does just that.
